  5. We will film and photograph your home for advertising channels. Prepare and write advertising copy and submit to the specific publications, web-sites, cooperating brokers, and potential buyers.


  6. Arrange for our professional sign to be installed for additional exposure.


  7. Schedule occasional brokers open houses on "caravan" days and Sunday open houses for the general public.


  8. We will supply you with periodic status reports' on marketing, showings, current market activity, and competition directly related to your property.


  9. During the negotiations with potential buyers we will fully support your position as owner and seller and make every effort to watch all the details, except for those which your accountant or attorney should be consulted about.
